Although unremarkable in its general history, this quaint house is unique in that it is the only house in Llanerch to be truly diagonal between two streets, not having a door that directly aligns with either bordering Bewley or Park. Despite this, it is registered to Park Road, which I didn't know until I began this project. It was purchased by Robert Ominsky in 1973. He died in 2022.
